What makes us different from our competitors? The primary reason for dragging the customer is that marketing consumes all of our time. Marketing is defined as the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings of value to customers, clients, partners, and society at large. However, the taste isn't lower in our responsibilities list.

"Fresh Coffee Brews"

Los Pollos Hermanos stores do not serve coffee that has been sitting for more than 30 minutes. It's against our rules. Our Baristas manage four batches of coffee beans at the same time, rotating every 15 minutes. Even after hours, they never let the coffee sit for more than 30 minutes and never serve anything old.

"A place for Everyone"

Almost everyone I know starts their day at our café or before work or school and hangs out at Los.Pollos.Hermanos for a pastime. 
Coffee isn’t the only menu option. Today, the brand’s stores serve selections of food items, varieties of espresso, and plenty of coffee-free beverages. This has made us friendly to both coffee and noncoffee lovers as well as children and snackers. Customers can get almost every kind of beverage and pastries they want, even those whose food preferences are unpredictable.
